The Weigh-In Week 65
219! That's what it said on the scale this morning. A gain of 1.6 pounds!
I just checked. It has been 6 weeks since I have had two losses back-to-back.
Here and now I guarantee to you...in writing...I will have two straight weeks of losses over the next two weeks.
What happens if I don't lose weight two weeks in a row?
Well first of all I am going to lose weight two weeks in a row....
But what happens if some sort of catastrophe occurs and I don't?
Well that is up to you.
I want you to propose appropriate penalties for non weight loss. Nothing gross or pornographic please...because really, no one wants to see that.
The final judge on which of your suggestions will be made the official stakes of this wager will be My Lovely Wife.
You have until next Wednesday to submit you penalty ideas.
The weather is supposed to be beautiful this weekend. The house will be painted by Sunday night...or it will be burned down. There is no in between on this. I am tired of painting!
Have a great weekend everyone.

Your penalty should be you can eat only green veggie salads without dressing for 3 days. I was going to say a week but that is crual and unusual punishment. Without dressing is not pornographic, I mean dressing on the salad, you can wear clothes.

I suggest a topless belly shot!
If you're in I'm in! I've been doing the same yoyo as you.
How about having to do a mid-length run in a populated place running like Phoebe from Friends?

I just found your blog and am amazed with your transformation overtime. Excellent work. Keep going at it :).

Last night, Sister Sarah suggested that I hold one of your favorite TV shows hostage, i.e., "Heroes." Her thought was that you shouldn't be able to watch it this week or next. In addition, if you don't have two weeks of weight loss, you shouldn't be able to watch it for the rest of the season!
I only have two problems with this plan. (1) It's a punishment for me, too! (2) If you have lost the rights to watch a show for the whole season, there is no incentive to get back on track.
I do like having the penality tied to TV, however...given our pop culture fanatic tendencies. In addition, I could use a little incentive right now, too. Anything to get off this plateau...must be sort of universal, if Andrew is feeling it, too.
P.S. Please don't burn the house down...we're so close to being done!
