Hang in there. You have a tuff weekend coming up. Lots of people bringing food, but you do not have to eat all of it. Counting calories does no good if you still eat to many.

Great job this week. Keeping track of two kids after the softball game helped with not "drinking" your calories either. I guess a .8 loss this week.
